Bakerzin is a fantastic cake shop that sells incredible chocolatey gooey goodies. On the way to the A1 curry puff stall at Taka basement I hadn't really noticed the Bakerzin outlet till yesterday.
I also had no idea what macarons were till yesterday. They are cute, colourful but most importantly, filled with this cream that literally melts in the mouth. (called ganache after some Googling)

They may appear hard and dry but are in fact chewy and gooey upon biting. Bought 2 just for the heck of it. Grumpy wasn't too enthused but I quite liked them. They aren't sickeningly sweet. Bakerzin make them in 16 flavours ! Talk about decisions . Deciding on which slice of cake wasn't easier. Finally decided on the flourless Chocolate Amer .
I shall stop here. I am getting rather hungry
